The Technical Support Partner Program (TSPP) provides qualified partners with the ability to utilize their existing support infrastructure and in-depth knowledge of their customers’ environments to deliver world-class support.

Symantec training, direct access to senior-level technical support engineers and a partner account manager to facilitate Symantec interactions are key features of this program.

General Program Requirements

Demonstrated support delivery capabilities are required to join the program. Symantec Partner Program participants who qualify become members of an elite group able to provide technical support on authorized products. General requirements include:

  • Symantec Partner Program, Platinum Level
  • Fully-staffed 24x7x365 call center
  • Electronic case tracking system
  • Support lab
  • Renewals infrastructure
  • Completion of Support Readiness Training (SRT) curriculum
